JAMES MCCLELLAN
is a London-based Production Designer and Art Director with a strong body of work across feature film, television, and music promos.
Originally trained in architecture, James brings a meticulous eye for detail and spatial design to every project. He began his career in the art department on Paul Thomas Anderson’s Phantom Thread and Disney’s Dumbo, and has since contributed to a range of high-profile productions.
His recent credits as Art Director include Netflix’s Back in Action (starring Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz) and the acclaimed fantasy drama The Sandman (Netflix/Warner Bros. Television). Other notable credits include No Time to Die (James Bond), Disney’s The Little Mermaid, and DC’s Wonder Woman 1984.
With a collaborative approach and a passion for visual storytelling, James continues to work across a wide range of genres and formats.
